effects on your mind and the psychological pressure due to

necessary that the doctor will advice you medicines only. He or
she might give you some tips on diet or exercise and that will
help you out of the problem. Some women are of the opinion that
they will have to live with those problems there after, but
this is not true. There is solution to every problem and you
need to discuss your problems concerned with medicines with a
specialized doctor. You can stay healthy even after menopause
by keeping an open dialog with your doctor. One thing that
every women needs to know is never live with a problem, always
try to find a solution to it.
