Before we begin with menopause symptoms, let us first define
menopause. What exactly is menopause? Menopause is the absence
of menstruation. It is the time when a woman's ovaries cease to
exist. The ovaries makes reproduction possible, without them,
having babies is next to impossible. That is the reason why
women at the age of 51 is the time line of most women when it
comes to pregnancy. Although do not discount the fact that some
women can still get pregnant after the age of 51.
Some of the menopause symptoms are the following: Hot
flushes which usually lasts from 30 seconds to a couple of
minutes. Women who have hot flashes experience a feeling of
warmth spreading over the body. When this happens, flushing and
perspiration may occur. Irregular bleeding are also experienced
during the onset of menopause. Do not worry as it is normal to
experience vaginal bleeding. The other symptoms associated with
menopause are weight gain, wrinkles, adult acne, over fatigue
and memory loss problems.
